spot and wind conditions

Dear friends,
i am moving to live in bruxelles and i am planning to bring with me my windsurfing material .
As i don't know the conditions in belgium,holland,french spots, can you please advise to me the conditions for your spots (wave, freestyle, wind knots?
I presume that is very windy here isnt'it?

Welcome in Brussels.

We have a lot of conditions here. In the Netherlands, we have a lot of freestyle and slalom possibilities on huge lake.

In Belgium and the north of France we have nice waveriding sessions. Most Side shore in 5.2 or 4.7. In the winter, you can ride in 4.7 and 4.2.

Be carreful, the current can be very strong here. Also on the lakes.
Also, on the lakes in the Netherlands, you have to wear footwear. Because of the oysters

C vrai qu'il y a pleins de belles photos, excellent, j'en ai choisi une en fond d'écran à Bredene. C sûr que l'eau ne vaut pas celle de Fuerte, mais le table top que j'ai choisi donne bien ;-)

Welcome to the forum!
Bottom line, as Seb says, plenty of possibilities at a 100 - 150 km distance from Brussels!
You have flat water spots in the Netherlands, good wave spots in France, very nice spots as well in Belgium.
So many options that it will take you quite some time to explore them all.
