I am thinking about windsurfing in Belgium in July-August. Any advice regarding the places where I can rent the equipment needed and classes of beginner level. I start since zero, and I have only free Sundays in July-August. The last thing budget is limited. Any tips are more than welcome. Thanks in advance!

There are training courses organized by ADEPS, for instance in Mons. Not the best spot in the world (to say the least), but that's a solution and there may be other spots were ADEPS is active.
ADEPS is active in Wallonia. In Flanders, look for BLOSO.
